Dashboard User Guide (Owners)
Upon login, you will be presented with a list of your current plans - the following information is also available:

Overdue Balance

Shows the total balance of any failed payments/invoices due.​

Account Credit​
-
Total of any credits that have been applied to your account.​

Upcoming Payment
-
Total of the next payment we will collect via your payment method.​

The date of this payment is indicated in your plan list - this column is hidden on mobile devices so is best viewed on a tablet / PC / landscape view.

If you only have a single plan, two extra menu options will appear in the left menu - if you have more than one plan, please select one to view these additional options.

Statistics Page

Connected WiFi Devices will show you have many WiFi devices are connected to your network.​

Internet Status will show you how long your router connection has been online to the internet.

Service Status indicates the ability (at account level) for your router to connect to the internet.

Devices - We will show the various managed devices on your network, and their status.​

Data Chart - This shows the last 6 months' connection and data use of your internet connection.​

Settings

This page is currently nearing completion and will allow you to reboot your connection and devices, change your WiFi password and upgrade any firmware when it's needed.

To Sign Out please use the menu option to return to the Sign In page and end your session. Sessions time out after an hour of inactivity.

Billing

Billing Overview - This allows you to update your personal details, such as billing address, etc.​ From here you can also Pause your subscription.

Payment Methods is the place to go should you wish to amend your card or direct debit details. PayPal is also accepted.

Pay Invoice will list any outstanding invoices, or invoices where payment has failed, from here you can pay your outstanding balance.
